Range & Rack

Our standard freight coverage is within the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and island destinations require a separate freight quote and are subject to availability and additional charges. Contact sales@rangeandrack.com before ordering for these destinations or any international shipping inquiry. Freight delivery is curbside only, with liftgate service arranged before shipment. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Residential delivery incurs an additional $75 charge per commercial equipment order.

Orders usually arrive within 3–7 days. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and your delivery destination. Custom equipment and backordered items may require additional lead time. If you need equipment by a specific date, email sales@rangeandrack.com before ordering so we can check availability and delivery options. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

To request a return, email sales@rangeandrack.com within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date with your order number, the item, and the reason for your return. All returns require written authorization before shipment. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, unopened packaging. Applicable restocking and freight charges may apply. Refunds are processed within 10 days from when we receive the item(s).
